和老婆談戀愛就去過，結婚了也去過，來過很多次了，很好的酒店，這次遇到了下雪，點贊！ 看了看評論和酒店現在的情況，確實還是想替酒店辯解一下，上山的路確實爛，轎車也會磕底，但是這也不是酒店能決定的嘛，怪酒店也沒用，本來就是為了看高山海子，呼吸新鮮空氣，有路都不錯了，金川情人海路更爛。 再説評論裏所謂的幾分鐘走完一圈，我倒是想看看你怎麼走的，為了返現而差評這些人。隨便走30分鐘左右，這個海拔你多走走看看累不累，教堂本來就是用的浮力碼頭，水位低了上不去也正常仨。 還有就是這個酒店那麼多年了，設備老了也正常，總體還是可以的。提供划船，温泉，餐廳，甚至我老婆懷孕了還送早餐到房間，我們起來遲了還留早餐到中午給我們吃，很好了已經。 這個酒店本來就是為了清靜，修養身心，度假休閑，釣魚，呼吸新鮮空氣，享受安寧存在的，本來就不是為了生活購物方便，娛樂多存在的，要來還是得找到自己想要的點再來，你如果是想很好玩確實不適合你。 整體來説還是很滿意，每年都會抽時間來安靜幾天，和以前一千多一晚的價格比起，現在划算很多了。服務也還不錯了，就是看着現在衹有三個工作人員，可能是因為淡季，希望繼續下去，還能帶孩子一起過來玩。

整個酒店佈局、天然景觀、建築空間設計的很好，軟裝和軟件跟價格差太遠：唯一開放的2個小池子温泉，水温高到沒法下人；房間地板高低起伏到處破損；窗簾上的污漬破洞和沒電的遙控器；廁所劣質的馬桶也沒有配一次性坐墊套；早餐不如連鎖酒店贈送的；沒有客服提行李；進房間前的架空梯步甬道和温泉池的步道都沒有燈，孩子磕了兩次膝蓋和腳都受傷了；最大的景觀噱頭那個湖中心的教堂，可能因為受潮失修不允許上去，衹能遠看；最後就是大家説的上山路，不心疼車且時間多的不怕危險的，開轎車要準備好掛底盤。

關於出行注意，至少還是改提前一天發吧。入住當天上午才告知需要開越野車，人都在高速公路上了，還有的選嗎？地震道路塌方都還沒修好，車都快抖散架了，還全是落石。這些重要的事居然沒有提前告知。 而且一大段文字發過來，重點導航訊息卻夾雜在中間，一邊開高速一邊看，怎麼可能注意的到。害的我們多繞了一個小時的路，到了還被管家責備自己不認真看訊息。 再説酒店本身，網上博主濾鏡確實賦予它太多加分，到了的實際體驗就是也太小了！小小的幾個温泉池還沒水，就夠坐一兩個人。小小的海子幾分鐘就走完了一圈。房間網速慢到看電視都卡頓，手機也沒信號。真的是無聊到沒有任何事可以幹了。
